Head spa chalet is an absolute gem to help you get the necessary relaxation from busy work and life! My hair and scalp have become much more healthy ever since I started to go there every month since last November. They do a fantastic job in head massaging and scalp cleaning, and they even add in hand and shoulder massages in between too. Both Amy and Karen are also great hair stylists and you could ask them to cut your hair after the head spa if you want to save time going to another hair stylist too! Highly recommend it!

I have been to the other popular Head Spa in Charlotte and this place- Head Spa Chalet has them beat! So relaxing and the head/neck/shoulder massage was top notch. Would definitely return. I only wish a blow dry was included in the price for a 90 minute service- would just make it easier to head out for your day without having to stop at home for a quick blow dry. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

I had the best head spa experience with Karen. When I first walked in, the ambiance of the room was so warm and welcoming, the table was exceedingly comfortable, and the entire experience was beyond relaxing. Karen is so knowledgeable about her craft and had so many great recommendations for improving my scalp health. I am also a curly girl, so I was a little nervous about letting someone else touch my hair, but Karen was so gentle and knew exactly what products would be best for me. The tools and massage techniques she used relieved the tension I was carrying in my head neck and shoulders and I left feeling much lighter than I was when I walked in. I would highly suggest checking out Head Spa Chalet and making it a part of your monthly self care routine!

This was an amazing experience. I didn’t know what to expect from a head spa, but it was so relaxing and revitalizing at the same time. Karen was incredible-kind and knowledgeable.

For my daughter’s 18th birthday, I decided to make a headspa appointment for her and her friend and they absolutely loved it!! The spa even decorated the room with balloons for her which made the experience even more memorable for her! So happy I made the appointment and I intend on booking a service for myself soon.

I was visiting from out of town and had the help to take my braids out so I jumped at the opportunity. Once the I competed the take down , I now had the dilemma of washing my hair.Thanks to google I looked up head spas and was able to find the “Adult Hair Wash” service. However, I was hesitant to book because of my hear texture since most head spa are know to not work with “black hair”. Upon arrival all my worries vanished with the warm welcome and the ambiance. The space is so relaxing and the owner is so passionate about her craft. Throughout the process she walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. Once completed my scalp felt renewed and I was grateful I took the chance and gave this spa a try. I would recommend this spa to anyone because the owner has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable . If you haven’t given head spas a try I recommend making this spa your introduction.

This place is amazing! I spoke to them via text to book an afternoon for 4-5 girls to celebrate my friends 40th. They went above and beyond! They set up mimosas, pastries, cheese platter, with balloons and a personalized card for my friend. That is what I call service!!! They were very professional and extremely easy to work with. We were blown away with the level of service they provided and how kind and generous they were. They made it extra special for us.
